Timbertide was born where ancient timber meets the pull of the southern ocean. It is a place defined by raw elements, salt air, and unhurried time. We created this distillery to honor the quiet discipline of doing things properly.
As the first whisky distillery in Denmark, WA, we set out to pioneer spirits forged entirely from scratch. From mashing our own grain to running a traditional copper pot still, every step is a deliberate pursuit of depth and authenticity. No base spirits bought off the shelf. No artificial shortcuts. Just pure local water, quality ingredients, and spirits forged from scratch.

Sensory-Led Distillation
We don’t run our still on autopilot. Cuts are made by nose, palate, and instinct; maximising viscosity and deep, heavy-character esters that hold their own during cask maturation.
Dynamic Maturation
Our barrel warehouse sits right in the path of Denmark’s wild weather shifts. As temperature and barometric pressure fluctuate, the wood breathes deeply, pulling rich vanillins and oak tannins into the spirit while absorbing the ambient sea air.
Pure Provenance
From premium grain and rich blackstrap molasses to local rainfall, every element is chosen with uncompromising standards. If the raw ingredients aren’t pristine, the spirit won’t be either.
Small-Batch Intention
We bottle when the spirit is ready, never when a calendar or a sales target says it should be. Small batches mean absolute control over quality and zero room for compromise.
