All Timbertide spirits are carefully packed and dispatched directly from Denmark, Western Australia.

• Dispatch Times: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or new limited-release drops, processing times may vary slightly.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery region and are calculated automatically at checkout before payment.

Age Verification Upon Delivery

In strict accordance with Australian liquor laws:

• Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over.
• Courier drivers may request photo ID (Passport, Driver’s Licence, or Proof of Age card) prior to handing over the parcel.
• If no adult is present to accept delivery or valid ID cannot be provided, the parcel will be taken to a local collection point (such as an Australia Post outlet) for pickup.

• You can select Local Pick Up at checkout to collect your order directly from our distillery shop located at The Dam in Denmark, WA.
• Please bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID showing you are 18+.

Return & Refund Policy
